You'll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. OHP's team of paid, licensed dental professionals treat more than 12,000 patients annually. Typical services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, sealants, fluoride varnishes, fillings, and education. OHP operates multiple clinics, a traveling school-based program, and a hospital services partnership for children needing advanced care. Without OHP, most of these children would not have access to dental care.
