We are in search of a talented Bilingual Human Resources Manager with proficiency in Spanish and English, along with hands-on experience in workers' compensation processes, to join our team. Position Summary: As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing human resources functions. This position requires effective bilingual communication skills and practical experience in Human Resource processes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations regarding workers' compensation. Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and policies. Provide guidance and support in handling employee relations matters. Collaborate with management to address and resolve workers' compensation-related issues. Assist in the development of strategies to minimize workplace injuries and improve overall employee safety. Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and external partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and other personal files. Act as a bridge between Spanish-speaking employees and the HR department, facilitating effective communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. Proven experience in managing workers' compensation processes. Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
