In this role, you will be working closely with the HR Department addressing key business problems on diverse teams with high-level projects and opportunity to drive results. The pre-Masters internship provides an introduction to our MBA Leadership Program. You will have opportunity to assist in developing and implementing Emerson's people strategy, focused on reimagining what it means to be an employee at Emerson. Internship available summer 2024 will be based in St. Louis, MO. 
As a Human Resources Intern, you will: Lead and execute projects across a broad range of core HR services. Opportunities embedded within our Centers of Expertise including Culture, Employee Experience, & Employee Communications, Total Rewards, Talent, HR Operations, Compliance and Employment Law, and HR Digital Technology.  Provide insights to senior leadership through tracking of industry trends and analysis of key HR metrics Work and engage with global teams Provide general support to the HR Department Who You Are MBA or HR Masters candidate entering the first year of your program You have demonstrated leadership potential You are ambitious to take on complex and challenging problems  You possess a curiosity to learn and build your network You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems You anticipate future trends and implications accurately  You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels Required Education, Experience, Skills Currently enrolled in an MBA or Master's with area of concentration in Human Resources related field Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills Effective Communication 0-3 years relevant experience Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
