• Recruiting (internal and external)• Pre-employment processes• Maintenance of employee files• New employee orientation• EEO1 report• Employee recognition• Data entering employee changes into HRIS system• Processing wage garnishments• Updating position and evaluation grid• Employment verification• Worker's compensation• Leave of absences• Benefits administration• OSHA log• Employee training• Employee relations job descriptions/evaluations• Compensation analysis• Disciplinary database• Unemployment compensation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related area• 3-5 years human resources generalist experience• Solid grounding in base human resources competencies• Emphasis in recruitment and employee engagement• Healthcare experience preferred• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
