Responsibilities
• Acquiring the best candidates for employment• Coordinating and facilitating recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention• Preparing recruiting activity reports and statistics• Understanding staffing needs and developing recruitment plans• Providing oversight for the onboarding process• Serving as backup for payroll administration• Cross-training with HR colleagues• Supporting other HR functions as needed
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in recruiting• Previous experience and/or knowledge of the education environment• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Experience using and maintaining ATS and HRIS platforms• Keen attention to detail and follow-through• Excellent analytic, oral, and written communication skills• Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion• Knowledge of proactive recruitment strategies and employee retention best practices• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals• Ability to assess priorities and manage multiple complex activities simultaneously• Exceptional time management and quality control skills
