Responsibilities
• Maintains knowledge of best practices and regulatory changes in HR and employment law• Handles personnel files and conducts audits to ensure documentation is up to date• Provides support for HRIS and maintains open positions• Conducts pre-hire processes and maintains compliance with employment eligibility verification• Serves as primary contact for employee requests and questions• Supports management with employee relations and policy interpretation• Responsible for administration of company-sponsored benefit programs• Prepares and maintains various reports• Assists with leave of absence administration and manages unemployment process• Supports Director of Human Resources in responding to employee complaints and investigations
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a Business-related field• Minimum of four years' experience in HR administration• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred• Valid driver's license and own transportation required
