Job summary
The Human Resources Generalist performs a complex and diverse range of tasks in the Office of Human Resources.This position is based onsite in Bethesda, MD and offers a hybrid work environment.The salary for this position is $75,000-$85,000.
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Coordinates and implements annual and special projects.• Maintains and updates ASHP policies.• Reviews and maintains job descriptions, organizational charts, and documents.• Manages the offboarding process for employees.• Coordinates and implements HR communications.• Assists with payroll and tax information for multiple states.• Learns and performs other HR duties as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 4-6 years of prior related work experience.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.• Advanced software skills and Internet research abilities.• Strong knowledge of HR and talent management systems.• Discretion and independent judgment skills.• Confidentiality and problem-solving skills.• Interpersonal, coordinating, organizing, and communication skills.
