Job DescriptionLaSalle Network is partnered with a global legal firm seeking a Human Resources Employee Development & Retention Manager to join their growing team. This award-winning firm brings over 100 years of business and has been recognized by leading publications for their global social impact and innovative technology. 
The Human Resources Employee Development & Retention Manager will be responsible for collaborating with leadership to identify gaps in process and implement new HR strategies relative to employee relations.
