Human Resources/Ehs Manager

InfraHire is looking for Human Resources/EHS Manager in Moscow, TN one of the nation's leading producers of reinforced fiberglass wall panels, has an immediate opening for a Human Resources/EHS Manager for their manufacturing operation located in Moscow, TN. This position is a member of the plant leadership team reporting directly to the General Manager and be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources department to include recruiting, labor relations, and training. In addition to your responsibilities for human resources, you will be asked to ensure compliance with all EPA regulations as it relates to Hazardous Waste disposal/storage, and Air Pollution Control (Title V) requirements. Maintaining and furthering the Verzatec Safety Program as well and administering Workers' Compensation issues is a high priority. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background (minimum of 5 years) in Human Resources and Safety programs. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required with a Master's Degree preferred.
