The position allows for flexible remote work, with occasional in-office days based on necessity. Please note, this opportunity is exclusively available to candidates within the Phoenix/Tempe metropolitan area.
Responsibilities Include:
Precise and thorough data entry into payroll software, adhering to company policies.
Addressing payroll inquiries from employees swiftly and effectively.
Educating employees about benefits, aiding in enrollment, and handling benefit-related queries.
Managing a comprehensive leave of absence program.
Conducting administrative tasks, including report preparation.
Taking part in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
Ensuring HR documents and records are organized in compliance with retention policies.
Embarking on other duties and projects as the need arises.
