• Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education• Update Job Descriptions• Source potential candidates from various online channels• Contact applicant references and perform background checks• Explain and provide information on employee benefits• Maintain employee records and paperwork• Administer new employee on-boarding• Conduct separation process for the assigned region• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
• HR Coordinator / Recruiting experience is a plus• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills• Knowledge of employment law and human resources responsibility• Excellent written and verbal skills
