Responsibilities
• Provide support to HR Business Partners on various projects and tasks• Assist HR's CEO with scheduling and other tasks• Coordinate employee exit process, conduct exit interviews, and ensure offboarding compliance• Enter, review, and update employee changes in Oracle• Maintain and archive HR file room• Monitor HR email inbox and respond to employee inquiries• Facilitate employee promotion process and conduct 360 evaluations• Assist with organizational audits and employee relation matters• Provide biweekly assistance with timecard and absence approvals• Follow up with managers and employees who have not responded to emails or initiatives• Complete expense reports and purchase orders• Provide back-up support for other HR functions• Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resource or equivalent• Minimum of 2 years of HR or office administration experience• aPHR or PHR certification preferred• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented abilities• Self-directed with good judgment and decision-making skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and knowledge of HR functions• Knowledge of administrative/clerical duties
