What you will do: As an HR Coordinator, you'll work within a team to perform hands-on, day-to-day, outsourced HR services for small to mid-sized companies across the US. You will serve as the support person for your assigned clients' needs. This includes but is not limited to, payroll & benefits administration/support, recruiting, and an abundance of HR projects. No two days are ever the same!
Hiring Management - Engage with our clients to guide and advise on the full life cycle hiring process.Payroll Administration – Manage and update data for regular payroll processing cycles.Benefits Administration – Maintain and handle all administrative tasksHotline Services – Serve as a member of a team to intake and resolve issues reported through our hotline services.HR Support - Provide support for projects, build training presentations, create HR documents and more!
