Position Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about balancing employee needs with business objectives. You will play a crucial role in guiding leaders to build and sustain high-performing teams, and drive HR strategies that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, enhancing leadership capabilities, team effectiveness, and business performance.
Develop strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational performance.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.
Analyze data to identify issues and implement both strategic and practical solutions.
Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce, and succession planning.
Assist in defining roles and compensation structures for new positions.
Promote an organizational culture of accountability, high ethical standards, and compliance.
Collaborate across HR functions to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives.
Support professional development and integrity within the team.
Skills, Experience, and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
Proven ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR principles.
Experienced in managing employee relations and influencing at all levels within an organization.
Knowledgeable in change management and organizational development strategies (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
