OverviewAs the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will collaborate and engage in both strategic and tactical initiatives to provide responsive, consistent, and forward-thinking HR support. Positioning yourself as a credible champion who embodies the RPS culture and values, this role serves as the primary HR contact supporting our Midwest/East Coast business partners (750+ team members), working to implement the talent strategy and develop a people agenda that drives business outcomes and provides a unified approach across the business.  
The HRBP will operate as an objective and trusted advisor, providing appropriate coaching and driving HR programs and process improvement, and partnering with our shared services in Learning and Development, Recruiting, Finance, I&D, and HR Operations to drive the execution and consistent delivery of our priorities.  
How you'll make an impact Provide regional HR support on day-to-day HR matters to manage the employee life cycle (e.g., hiring, promotions, workforce planning, performance & talent management, succession, and terminations), thought leadership, change management, and coaching to all levels of the organization Establish key stakeholder relationships and work across teams to drive results Independently and in partnership with ER, manage Employee Relations cases when they arise Derive and provide insights from data and analytics to drive decisions and process improvement, and move toward a more data-driven environment Actively participate in developing and embedding HR Priorities, policies, and processes, ensuring that HR activity/intervention is based around the needs of the businesses, legislation, and best practices Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues, and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at root cause with the intention to arrive at sustainable solutions Partner closely to drive the acquisition, development, engagement, recognition, and productivity of the workforce Integrate a mindset around diversity and inclusion, and constantly be able and willing to coach others to understand ways to optimize the firm's values  Lead or participate in other just-in-time projects impacting business results  About YouRequired:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.Highly Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field 3 or more years' relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering We value professional development, so a PHR or SPHR Certification would be encouraged Demonstrates knowledge of business acumen that links the HR strategy to the business strategy with proven results in influencing and advising virtual and local managers and leaders at all levels Ability to thrive in ambiguity – can lead through influence, navigate through a complex, matrixed, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders  Experience using data/analytics to arrive at recommendations and outcomes Ability to build strong relationships, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence Creative problem solver in a sometimes resource-constrained environment  Ability to maintain a sense of humor and a balanced perspective  Self-starter, results-oriented, and motivated professional  Computer proficiency with advanced skills in Excel, Power Point, and other Office suite applications #LI-JS1 #LI-Hybrid
