Description Monarch Investment and Management Group (MIMG) is actively seeking an experienced and qualified Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing HR Department. 
Purpose:The HRBP consults with department managers and field management teams providing daily HR guidance, analyzing HR trends and metrics, resolving complex employee relations issues, improving work relationships and productivity, and suggesting HR strategies. They act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals to support the organization's success.
Travel Requirements:Must have reliable transportation to and from each scheduled shift.  Ability to travel regularly to property sites to meet with managers, employees, and conduct audits, trainings, etc. approximately 50% of the time.
Responsibilities: Manages and resolves complex employee relations issuesProvides day-to-day performance guidance to management teamsSupports the company's goals and ensuring compliance with HR plans and operationsWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionProvides HR policy guidance and interpretation to various department heads and field management teamsMaintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory complianceProvides guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planningIdentifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needsParticipates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure successAnalyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies Requirements: Combination of relevant education and work experience may be considered:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 5+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or HR GeneralistStrong technical understanding of and proficiency in complying with various employment laws and HR best practices including:Recruiting, pre-employment screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality.Wage and Hour compliance.FLSA, FCRA, USCIS, EEOC guidelinesEmployees relations and investigationsIntermediate-level Excel, Word, and Internet proficiencyExceptional work ethic and customer service orientationExcellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skillsBenefits: Industry competitive compensation based on experience, $75,000 - &80,000 Annually$40/Monthmedical insurance through Blue Cross for employeesFREEbasic dental Insurance for employeesFREEbasic life insurance for employeesVision & additional plans availablePaid HolidaysPaid Time Off401k planning with up to a 3% company matchPaid additional trainingTuition reimbursement programAnnual performance-based raises up to 5%$500.00 - $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (depending on role referred)FREE skiing at Monarch Mountain for your entire immediate householdDiscount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more Monarch Investment and Management Group (MIMG)has been actively involved in multifamily housing investment since 1992.
