Responsibilities
• Full-cycle staffing including partnering with managers and internal recruiter• Develop and continuously analyze recruiting trends, metrics, policies and practices• Manage staffing agencies for temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire placements• Partner with management and internal training specialist on the evaluation, design and implementation of training and development programs• Conduct HR training and onboarding in collaboration with HR team• Handle employee relations issues by coaching and development, conducting and documenting investigations• Partner with the HR team and management to assess, model and shape an organizational culture• Prepare and analyze various HRIS reports and metrics• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures• Conduct employee separations and exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience• Minimum of 8 years in an HR generalist capacity with a track record of career progression• Extensive knowledge of federal and California state laws regarding employment practices and hiring best practices• Must be organized, able to multitask and manage competing priorities while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to prioritize/multi-task and meet deadlines• Flexibility, adaptability and ability to shift priorities based on the organization's needs• Self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification a plus• Ability to travel as needed
