Human Resources AssistantSalary: $24/hrSchedule: Full time | M-F| 8:00AM-4:00PMLocation: Dayton, OhioRequirements of the HR role:Payroll experience is requiredExperience in healthcare management, Hospice experience preferred.Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal relationship abilities are essential.Experience in interviewing and recruitment of qualified applicants is required.Knowledge of state, federal, and CHAP regulations relating to employment and employee education, and HIPPAAbout the HR role:Coordinates an orientation program for all new employees, including in-services, training, and other activities to maintain and improve staff competence.Ensures that all employees meet their mandatory training, keeps records of in-services, and files employees' certificates of attendance in the employee personnel folder.Ensures that all employees are meeting the performance expectations stated in the job descriptions by collaborating with the supervisors.Ensures that all employees comply with the mandatory requirements for employment.Maintains strict professional ethics, confidentiality, and privacy of all staff.Attends outside meetings and/or conferences if needed.Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and CHAP human resources regulatory requirements.Reports to the Human Resources CoordinatorWhy work with Care 360 Hospice:Medical, dental, and vision health InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) MatchingLife InsuranceGrowth opportunitiesNEXT STEPSWe appreciate your interest in our Human Resources Assistant position.
