Position Summary/Description: This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy.

The Human Resources and Business Coordinator ( HRBC ) oversees and coordinates human resources for the Office of University Counsel ( OUC ). This position will provide frontline guidance and expert advice to the managers and employees in the full range of HR functions. The HRBC will interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures. The responsibilities include advising on recruitment activities, managing onboarding and offboarding, collaborating on position descriptions and salary adjustment proposals, and advising on the performance management process.
The HRBC works under the supervision of the Director of Legal Operations and Strategy and devotes a portion of their time to the administration of OUC policies, programs, and business functions that include providing administrative support, scheduling, document production, and filing as needed for attorneys and paralegals. The HRBC will also be available to support the Executive Assistants as needed in any administrative tasks and/or organizational projects. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
