Job summary
Stanford University is seeking a full-time Human Resources Administrator 1 to join their Human Resources (HR) Transactions team.The HR Administrator will support various HR-related matters including recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS data entry.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Serve as a resource on HR issues and communicate HR policies and procedures.• Coordinate the recruitment process and support employment activities.• Assist in onboarding and exit processes.• Manage HRIS data and ensure data integrity.• Explain disability and leave procedures and track leaves.• Maintain personnel and HR-related files.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience preferred.• Prior HR experience in an academic or clinical setting desired.• Experience with PeopleSoft HRIS and H-1B visas is a plus.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR management systems.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.• Experience using email and internet.
