Human Resources - Administrative Specialist Location Springfield, MO : Storee Construction is a full-service general contractor that handles all aspects of industrial and commercial building needs - including new construction, renovation and modification, equipment moving, facility relocation - as well as - comprehensive conveyer and production system installation. We're currently seeking a full-time Human Resources - Administrative Specialist to join our growing team! The Human Resources - Administrative Specialist supports the Storee team by assisting the HR Manager with daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: Will answer phones for the organization in a quick and timely manner. Will maintain all paper and electronic filing to help bring us to more of an electronic record keeping/ tracking system. Will assist with application review and other recruiting needs. Assists with SharePoint document uploads, including preparing, scanning and indexing documents as well as filing to other locations. Will provide support for additional administrative functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Assists with maintenance of office equipment, including scanner, copier, fax machine, etc. Participates as needed in special department projects. Follows policies and procedures of the company. Other duties may be assigned. Qualified candidates shall have: Problem solving and analysis. Accurate data posting skills. Employee focused. Results driven. Organized. Competence in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook computer applications is required. Extremely organized required. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.
