Responsibilities
• Promote a positive work environment and be a role model for company personnel• Develop, maintain, enforce and communicate HR policies and procedures• Manage employee relations, partnering and coaching leaders as needed• Administer employee benefit programs• Ensure compliance of employment laws and regulations• Lead/process payroll and manage timekeeping systems• Provide input on staffing needs and plans• Identify and promote process improvements• Develop and implement recruiting strategies• Coordinate the hiring process and manage employee separations/terminations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field• 3+ years Human Resources experience• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations• Excellent communication skills• Attention to detail and high quality of work• Ability to problem solve and find solutions expeditiously• Proficiency with technology, primarily Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
