Are you passionate about shaping the future of Human Resources and driving organizational change? We are looking for a dedicated Senior/Executive Director of Human Resources to join our dynamic team. Position Location: As a remote position, we welcome candidates based on the East Coast (Eastern Standard Time zone) to ensure alignment with our team's operational hours. For those near Philadelphia, PA, we offer a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the option to engage in-person, enhancing our collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the planning, development, and execution of our human resources strategy, aligning with the organization's goals and values.
Benefits Management: Collaborate with vendors to manage and enhance employee benefits, ensuring they meet the needs of our team while maintaining cost efficiency.
Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies, creating a vibrant, engaged workforce.
Advisory Role: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management, leveraging human capital insights to drive organizational performance.
Policy and Program Development: Innovate and implement HR policies and programs that foster a consistent, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
Compensation and Benefits Oversight: Oversee compensation structures and benefit plans, ensuring they are competitive and effective in attracting and retaining top talent.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of professional HR experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating clear and effective interactions across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
