Human Resource Coordinator

The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations for the human resource department, to include employee databases, payroll functions, benefits, training, files and reports along with providing support to the Human Resource Director with general human resource activities. This role requires a collaborative working relationship with all necessary departments in the performance of its operations.
BA or BS in a related field or two-year AA in a related field, preferred. Two years general experience in human resources field required, along with previous experience in interviewing job applicants & basic payroll. Valid driver's license and eligible to be a qualified driver for Hills & Dales per company policy.
