Responsibilities
• Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources• Analyze data for trends and patterns related to HR• Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership• Identify and recommend goals and benchmarks for key metrics• Make recommendations for improvement in recruitment, retention, and compliance• Facilitate implementation of new initiatives• Build and administer surveys• Manage project data• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Statistics, or related field• At least one year of experience in relevant areas• Strong analytical skills and basic statistical analysis• Preferred experience with Qualtrics, Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI• Experience with relational databases is a plus
