Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations• Coordinate safety training programs for employees• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safe working conditions• Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of HSE-related activities• Collaborate with management on emergency response plans• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs• Stay up-to-date with relevant HSE regulations and best practices• Provide guidance and support to promote a culture of safety
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field• Minimum of 10 years' experience in HSE coordination• Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent organizational and time management abilities• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Knowledge of HSE management systems and auditing processes• Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable• Ability to travel to client sites as required
