Job summary
HRIS SupervisorResponsible for overseeing and optimizing Pursuit's ADP, iCIMS, and Culture Amp platformsFocus on data accuracy and integrity to drive insights from People data
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations of the HRIS platform• Field and respond to internal inquiries related to ADP systems and processes• Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to implement system updates and enhancements• Implement and enforce data quality standards for HR information• Regularly audit and review user access to ensure appropriate levels of access• Provide user support and training on the ADP platform• Build enhanced reporting for internal stakeholders• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimization
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, MIS, or related field• 3+ years progressive HR systems experience• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS platforms• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail• HR or Project Management certifications are beneficial
Key Skills Needed
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS platforms• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills• Attention to detail and data accuracy• Experience in HR processes and data management
