As an HRIS Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the enterprise by managing the Core HR platform, Timekeeping, and Document Management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate data entry while maintaining a high standard of data quality and compliance with internal controls. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the Workforce Management team to conduct routine audits of position controls, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations within the organization.
Coordinate and implement consistent position management processes aligned with legal staffing contracts and operational requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist in developing and implementing business processes to facilitate accurate position management updates in the HR system, while monitoring and reporting data changes to support operational and financial objectives. Provide strong customer service, professionalism, and interdepartmental collaboration skills, partnering effectively with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Legal teams. Support HRIS by developing and evolving processes, procedures, and training materials for end users, while demonstrating proficiency in modifying self-service workflows and troubleshooting. Maintain and enhance knowledge of Core HR and Timekeeping systems through continuous learning via online classes, while actively contributing problem-solving skills to address any system challenges. Education
Degree in Human Resources, IT or other applicable field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience. Experience
UKG Pro experience preferred. A minimum of three years' experience with Core HR systems. Familiarity with Timekeeping and ATS systems. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Pont. Licenses/Certifications
