What would my day look like? The HCM Implementation Specialist role will be the WFS team's isolved HCM expert to lead implementation and provide system support to clients for the isolved HR modules Attract & Hire, Learn & Grow, and Share & Perform. Our sister company, Payroll Solutions, is an isolved partner providing payroll and core HR implementation and support to clients. When clients are ready to build our the additional HR modules within the isolved HCM suite, the WFS team steps in to help. This role will own the technical side of the implementation and support while the HR consultants on the WFS team fosters the client relationships and recommends the HR best practices for automating their processes and systems within isolved. This role is perfect for someone that enjoys working in software systems to help businesses thrive. Preferably this role will work out of our Baraboo office with the rest of the WFS team, but we are open to high caliber talent working a remote, hybrid, or onsite schedule at any of our office locations. This role has excellent potential for growth and upward mobility within the Workforce Solutions affiliate. Tasks will include:
Be the WFS team expert on the isolved HCM suite. Provide technical support to both system users and employees for isolved HCM suite products. Develop expertise to implement and provide ongoing technical support for isolved's Attract & Hire, Share & Perform, and Learn & Grow modules. Ensures the data population, operation procedures, features, and enhancements of the implemented system meets the end user's needs and specifications. Maintains the integrity of the system by developing and implementing data integrity measures and testing. Creates user training programs and documentation. Provides guidance in the HCM platform and makes recommendations for system changes/enhancements. Partners with sales to effectively setup new clients that could include presentations, demonstration of HCM suite features and interface capabilities. Responds to routine and escalated inquiries or concerns on products/services. Act as brand ambassador for WFS including cross selling additional WFS services to clients. Providing superior customer service and support to WFS clients and the MBE team. Handling all tasks with the utmost confidentiality and with an understanding of employment law and regulations as part of the HR consulting team. Assisting with other duties associated with WFS, Payroll Solutions, and the other MBE affiliates as needed to support the team and our clients. What experience and skills do I need to be successful? We are always willing to train candidates in the earlier stages of their career or utilize the wealth of skills from a seasoned pro. Here are some skills we'd love to see on your resume:
Strong computer skills for working daily in HRIS/HCM software and Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients to support their product implementation. Strong organization, project management, and time management skills to execute projects with quality and within deadlines. Bachelor's degree in human resource management, information technology, or another related field or equivalent experience. Previous experience in software implementation role or experience as administrator in HRIS/HCM suite software desired. Experience working in the isolved software highly desired Prior experience working in human resources and/or consulting positions a plus.
