The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for providing support in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. This role handles all aspects related to creating, updating, and terminating employee profiles within HR systems and the HR department. The HRIS Coordinator must have a clear and thorough understanding of HRIS processes & policies and a strong customer service focus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain data integrity in ADP, the Company's employee database by auditing HRIS transactions
Provide support for HR systems and processes including but not limited to, researching and resolving HCM, Applicant Tracking, and Time Keeping system problems
Maintain Form i9 compliance
Coordinate and lead training sessions for HRIS systems
Provide reports, metrics, and attend to other reporting needs for departments throughout the Company
Maintain electronic employee records and responsible for ensuring HR record keeping is properly maintained in accordance with Company procedures and in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in testing and implementation of HR systems upgrades, system feeds, and functionality enhancements
Recommend process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions
Review and process all Personal Action Records in the HRIS system

Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications
2 years previous HRIS/Payroll experience with multi-state, high volume environment
Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizations skills
Demonstrates ability to think strategically and creatively to develop short-term business programs that support long-term strategies for the department and organization
Experience with ADP HCM and Payroll systems, Applicant Tracking systems, and UKG Dimensions/Pro time keeping system
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet critical deadlines

PAY RANGE: $25.00 - $27.00/hr.*
*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure

Physical Demands
