Overview:(This role is Remote)
The Global HRIS Team is searching for an ambitious, motivated, extremely organized, and detail-oriented HR Administrator. Reporting to our HRIS Manager, the HR Administrator performs administrative tasks in support of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) group, inputs data into our PeopleSoft system and reviews output for accuracy.

Responsibilities:• Processes new hire, transfer and termination transactions within our HRIS tool for our North America business locations.
• Creates roles to support hires and transfers, ensuring all details are accurate and works with our larger HRIS team to set up data fields.
• Works closely with business partners regarding confidential data, providing the highest level of customer service to our business partners and team members.
• Subject matter expert on HRIS data/procedures and provide guidance to our business partners on appropriate processes to be followed.
• Maintains compliance for all transactions. Audits work for errors.
• Maintains our Kronos timekeeping system; updates timekeeping information as necessary and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of non-exempt payroll.
• Responsible for bi-weekly payroll runs, including processing and verifying payroll totals and submitting payroll batches.
• Calculates basic backpay and payroll adjustments.
• Assists HRIS Manager with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:• Requires a High School diploma and minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document processes and maintain procedural guides.
• Knowledge of Human Resource systems and Payroll systems preferred; Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Benefits: The hourly base salary range is $18-$19/hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
