Position SummaryUnder general supervision, the Human Resources Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Center for Human Resources team. The position is responsible for providing and ensuring exceptional customer service support when assisting customers with general inquiries and pre-boarding. The position may be responsible for full coordination of front desk support, the Virtual Front Desk, departmental scanning, paycheck distribution, volunteer processing, and assisting with First Day orientation and coordination of all student assistants.The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who is adept in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with our diverse workforce. They will be an active listener with a customer service focus. They will exercise sound judgment and discretion toward the completion of assignments and projects while managing multiple work priorities and competing deadlines. This position is designated as non-exempt under FLSA and is eligible for overtime compensation.
