Responsibilities
• Provide customer service regarding benefit and retirement plan offerings, eligibility, deadlines, and processes.• Provide tier-one support to routine and non-routine inquiries.• Respond to inquiries timely; Maintain documentation and process service tickets to ensure accurate tracking of issues and resolutions• Provide customer service and problem-solving regarding human resource policies and programs.• Support administrative processing, ensuring information is accurate and provided in a timely manner.
Requirements
• An associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary• An associate's degree and 3 years of human resources office experience demonstrating knowledge of basic employment laws, exceptional customer service, and organizational skills. Experience in a call center or equivalent environment is helpful.• Demonstrated experience with providing exceptional verbal and written communication to a variety of customers, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow through independently.
