HR People Analytics AnalystAs a HR People Analytics Analyst/Associate at Millennium, you will work with stakeholders to understand the information they want analyzed and made available to them. The HR People Analytics Analyst/Associate will respond to ad hoc requests, create standard reports and develop analytical packages. If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you!Principal ResponsibilitiesDevelop reporting and analytics deliverables across all functions of HCMWork with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and analytical goalsManage the request in take process to ensure the team is being responsive to requestsQuality ensure standard reports are working as expected and documentedKeep stakeholders posted on progress. Bring key decisions to stakeholders and inform them of any major issues.Qualifications/Skills Required2+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics, preferable experience in HR domainStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Tableau/Excel skill requiredSQL expertise preferredAlteryx or similar tool experience preferredPositive individual with strong communication skills; able to interface well with stakeholders and development teams both in and out of regionDetail oriented and strong ownership of workDemonstrate good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive dataMillennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this positionis $70,000 to $160,000,which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual'sexperience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
