Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce. Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Provide guidance and support to department managers and staff on HR-related matters.
