Responsibilities
• Act as a business HR partner to assigned leaders• Guide workforce planning and development with succession planning• Support organizational design and implementation of restructures• Research and analyze trends and metrics for HR solutions• Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity• Identify development needs for business units and executives• Provide performance management guidance to drive business results• Resolve complex employee relations issues• Assure compliance with policies and legal requirements• Build partnerships with HR centers of expertise and legal department
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field• 7 years of experience in organizational development consulting• Experience resolving complex employee relation issues• Experience in developing and leading HR functions and initiatives• Knowledge of compensation practices, employee/union relations, performance management, etc.• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
