Manage and/or create employee job descriptions. Manage recruiting efforts. Manage employment processes, including hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, promotion, transfer, performance evaluations, discipline & corrective action, termination, and exit. Manage compensation and administer benefits. Create and distribute employee communications. Promote employee retention. Work closely with other managers and department heads to understand staffing needs. Maintain compliance with all federal, state and local human resources regulations and programs. REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree minimally. 3+ years proven HR and leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of federal/state/local labor regulations. Finance experience in Commercial Construction or Manufacturing desired.
Microsoft Office Software to include Word, Excel, Outlook; Paychex. Able to quickly recall information and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to think and act independently with a strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills.
