If you join us, you'll take a journey that matters.Overall responsibilities and duties:The role of Site HR Manager is to implement the Group's HR policies and tools to provide support to management on human resources issues.The main missions of the role are:Assist the Plant Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectivesImplement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site levelEnsure efficient payroll and administration processesGuarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policiesManage industrial relations with local employee representativesImplement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence SystemReport relevant HR information to the DivisionTravel:Dual role supporting Chattanooga, TN. 30% of travelQualifications:The ideal candidate will have:Minimum education level: Master's degree with a specialisation in HR Management/or 5+ years of experience as a Human Resource ManagerExperience in a plant or an industrial environmentSkills and competencies:A good knowledge of employment lawFamiliarity with HR information and payroll systemsInternational mind setResults orientationStrong written and oral communications skillsMinimum English requiredCommitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of ManagementFluent in English#FORVIA2024???????We believe people matterFaurecia is anequal opportunity employer.
