Our plant in Tomahawk, WI manufactures, finishes and ships composite and plastic parts to our final assembly plants. Join us as a HR Generalist.
Job Summary The Generalist Human Resources serves as a champion of change who leads through influence with all levels of leadership in ways that best drives the execution of our company strategies and goals. This role works collaboratively to support assigned client groups to ensure we are leveraging our people processes and relationships to drive better business results. This includes fair and consistent application of people policies and programs including: performance management, talent acquisition (hourly and salaried), total rewards, employee/labor relations, workforce planning, and analytics.
Job Responsibilities Coach/consult with management and employees on employee relations issues in a changing and ambiguous environment.  Participate in investigation procedures and collects data to support internal and external complaints and other employment-related issues. Ensure consistent application of guidelines on employment-related processes such as salaried recruitment. Collaborate to set specific plans for team-based Human Resources goals.  Provides effective application and interpretation of company policies and procedures. Ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience Requirements Required Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.  Knowledge of professional guidelines on selection procedures, equal employment opportunity law, and affirmative action compliance requirements. Understanding of basic principles of compensation theory. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and communication skills. Ability to prioritize work and work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment. A high tolerance for ambiguity and change. Core HR process delivery consistency, data management, compliance sustainment, reporting, and analytics experience. The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
