Hr Generalist

Role: HR Generalist Location: Albuquerque New Mexico We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our clients team in Albuquerque NM:
Responsibilities: Manage fullcycle recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees. Administer and oversee employee benefits programs ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances. Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HRIS database. Collaborate with management to strategize and execute workforce planning initiatives. Stay updated on labor laws regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. HR experience preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries. Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.
