Responsible to operate and maintain assigned lines in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity while working a 12.5-hour shift. Provide support to the line lead.
Safety: performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations. BBS and Near-miss reporting participation Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach Meet productivity standards Complete required documentation Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine Make adjustments to machinery as needed Suggest improvements to processes or procedures Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leaders and senior . process Engineers for issues and improvements Perform 5S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
