Responsibilities
• Creating and reviewing severance agreements• Processing returned severance agreements• Managing a high volume mailbox• Demonstrating excellent customer focus• Escalating needed situations• Handling highly confidential information• Identifying areas for process enhancements• Cross-training and performing other tactical duties• Meeting regular and consistent attendance• Working overtime as needed
Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification• 2+ years of call center operations or HR operations experience• 2+ years of customer service/direct associate experience• 1+ year of Google Suite experience• High attention to detail• Organizational skills within a fast-paced environment• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Skills Needed
• Salesforce data entry and reporting experience• Workday experience
