Provide administrative support to HR SVPs, VPs, and Corporate HR teamAssist with limited HR and/or employee engagement responsibilitiesMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Responsibilities
• Maintain calendar, meetings, travel, and status for HR SVPs and VPs• Submit expense reports, monitor monthly expenses, and track budget data• Create offer letters and submit PAF/PNF documentation• Support employee onboarding experience and communicate with new hires and internal partners• Process MVR if needed• Maintain email distribution lists• Support Sponsorship program• Maintain policy adherence records• Support Store Connection in-store experience• Provide administrative support for Contingent Worker process• Maintain personnel files, compile reports, process separation agreements, submit invoices, and set up new vendors• Provide HR contact support for employees• Manage SSC Flower program• Assist with ad-hoc projects, employee engagement events, and reporting
Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and multi-task effectively• Excellent organizational skills• High attention to detail• Ability to interact with company officers professionally and confidentially• Clear understanding of data, relationships, and systems• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications• Bachelor's degree preferred• 2-3 years of HR department experience required
