Responsibilities
* Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members* Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests* Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members* Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required* Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required.* One (1) year of administrative work required. Candidates with a minimum of an Associate's degree and no experience may be considered.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.* Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills.* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.* Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus.* Must be able to work all games and events which will include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
