Title: HR Compliance Coordinator

Location: Rosemont, IL 60018/Onsite

Duration: 3 Months (Extension/Conversion) based on performance.

Pay Rate: ($24-$25) hourly

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

Organize each site's paper I-9s in a prescribed manner for further analysis.
Skills and Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year HR or HR Compliance experience. (Would like to have at least 2 years if possible.)
Experience with Form I-9 and E-Verify preferred.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal information in I-9 files.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team with periodic feedback.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Word.
Experience with an I-9 Management system preferred, i.e., Guardian, Equifax.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
