HR COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

The Company:
Our client located in BAYTOWN, TX specializes in turnaround services for petrochemical and power industries. They are seeking a motivated HR COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR to join their growing team!

This opportunity is a TEMP to HIRE role, Monday-Friday, and an hourly rate ranging between $25-30/hr.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in creating DISA user accounts, processing MVRs, processing backgrounds, and strong professional and ethical standards.

The Expectations:
Oversee and administer the Company drug and alcohol program in compliance with active consortiums.
Set up DISA user accounts, as requested.
Process backgrounds, as requested and/or required by project.
Responsible for monitoring I-9 Compliance Dashboard and ensuring gaps are closed.
Support DOT Driver Qualification process.
Audit invoices for accuracy
Provide a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and/or quarterly audits as requested
May be required to perform other duties, as assigned.

The Experience:
2+ years of HR or related compliance experience; REQUIRED
Strong understanding of DISA and I-9 compliance; REQUIRED
Proficient knowledge in MS Office; REQUIRED
Software Knowledge: Equifax, DOT, MVR, and I-9; PLUS!

More Details:
$25-$30/hr
Full-Time Role (40 hours)
Monday-Friday
