Working under the guidance of Employee Experience and Strategic Communications leaders
Provide strategic internal communications and content strategy consultation and guidance, develop and implement communications strategies and plans, write and develop communications deliverables, and publish content across a variety of internal channels.
Provide content strategy and editorial planning for global Career Development and Learning topics.
Align/integrate new content, information, and tools to existing campaigns and/or channels and determine how to create the right connections for the audience.
Prioritize content to ensure employee information needs are balanced with stakeholders' requirements to push information to employees.
Have a deep understanding of internal stakeholders' business areas and build ongoing strategic relationships to proactively provide guidance and support for stakeholder's communications needs and challenges.
Manage communication plan implementations including writing crisp and compelling positioning, messaging, and content for a variety of media and channels.
Ensure message alignment consistency across touchpoints that reflects the brand tone and voice and reinforces business and HR strategy.
Apply design-thinking and use data, insights, and user input to inform strategies, messaging, and program design.
Analyze effectiveness of communications efforts, improve existing processes, and research new communication approaches.
Responsibilities
Working under the guidance of the Employee Experience and Strategic Communications team, our Internal Communications Specialist will
Provide strategic content strategy and internal/employee communications consultation.
Research, create, present, and execute communications plans.
Develop editorial strategy and write crisp and compelling positioning, messaging, and content for a variety media and channels.
Ensure consistent message alignment across touchpoints that reflects the Oracle brand tone and voice and reinforces business and HR strategy.
Manage communication projects, including organizing meetings, setting agendas, meeting with stakeholders, collaborating with colleagues to get work done, and keeping teams up to date on the status of projects and deliverables
Build relationships to proactively provide guidance and support for our stakeholder's communications needs and challenges.
Have a special focus on
Planning content development and execution of global Learning and Career Development communications, campaigns, and collateral
Align/integrate new content and tools to existing campaigns and/or channels.
Prioritize content and information to make sure employee needs are balanced with stakeholders' requirements.
Apply design-thinking and use data insights and user input to inform strategies, messaging, and program design and analyze communication effectiveness, improve existing processes, and/or research new communication approaches.
Operational support for our Employee Experience and Strategic Communications functions
Format and send emails, enewsletters
Publish internal social posts, monitor channels, and flag/respond to inquiries/comments
Organize and promote internal webinars/Zoom sessions
Gather, analyze, and report on usage and engagement data from communications, campaigns, and tools
Perform other duties, special projects and responsibilities, as required and directed.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
