Titan Security Group is looking for a Field HR Business Partner to join our HR team to help us keep up with our fast growth! We are in one of the fastest growing industries, operating in a highly entrepreneurial environment, and searching for great talent.

Responsibilities

The Field HR Business Partner is accountable for the delivery of HR services and solutions to an assigned group of locations. Key areas of responsibility include onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, and coaching managers and employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for identifying, prioritizing and resolving employee relations issues, as the first point of contact for employees
Provides support in various HR areas which may include: new hire onboarding, performance improvement and discipline, talent management and development programs, and employee engagement and retention
Guides the escalation and resolution of HR questions and issues the appropriate channels
Provides support and coaching to managers and employees to resolve issues and improve performance and retention
Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve retention, engagement, and performance
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field. 5 years of HR experience working in an industry with a large remote hourly workforce .
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Other Qualifications: Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office suite of applications. HRIS experience Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
