Join our team as an HR Assistant and play a vital role in fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for our employees. You will provide pivotal administrative support and serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, helping to maintain our commitment to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Act as the initial contact for resolving employee questions and concerns, ensuring a swift and effective response.
Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of inquiries and resolutions.
Assist in managing our onboarding process, including preparing job postings, editing offer letters, and overseeing background checks.
Support the Experience Specialist team by coordinating with hiring managers and the recruiting team.
Distribute and review HR documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Assist with explaining and administering benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems.
Identify and communicate common patterns in inquiries to improve our HR strategies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years in a customer service-oriented role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar systems is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
