Summary: This is an onsite role working within HR with employees and the plant manager in a fast paced manufacturing plant environment.
Job Description: Maintain timekeeping and attendance recordsAssist with employee changes, such as address, benefits, 401k, withholding, direct deposit, etc.Manage safety shoe subsidy and gym membership reimbursementsAssist with the new hire onboarding processSchedule and oversee weekly meals and healthy snacksPerform other HR duties as necessaryThis is NOT a remote role.
